​Join us for the "Led by Community: Unconference Plus" event, a dynamic and engaging gathering designed for community managers and builders. This unique event will be held at the historic Rich Mix at Rich Mix, 35-47 Bethnal Green Road, London, E1 6LA, on Wednesday, September 25th, 2024. It will run from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM and offer a full day of insightful discussions, networking, and collaborative workshops.

The Unconference Plus will be facilitated by James Cattell, Imogen Wood, Nicola Earle and Francisco Opazo.

​Agenda:

• ​Intros: Kick off the day with introductions, setting the stage for open and collaborative dialogue.

• ​Topics Sourcing and Brainstorming: Attendees can suggest and brainstorm topics, ensuring the conversations are relevant and attendee-driven.

• ​Four Conversation Blocks (45 mins each): Dive into four engaging discussion sessions, each lasting 45 minutes. These blocks will cover various topics chosen by the participants, providing a platform for sharing insights and experiences.

• ​Breaks (15 mins each): After each topic, enjoy a 15-minute break to relax, network, and reflect on the discussions.

• ​Lunch (1 hour): A delightful lunch break featuring complimentary pizzas, allowing attendees to refuel and continue networking in a relaxed setting.

• ​The Plus: Two Workshops for Community Builders (30 mins each): Besides the unconference sessions, we offer two focused workshops designed to provide practical tools and strategies for community builders.
