Our client builds, owns, and operates a state-of-the-art fiber network to serve internet service providers and other businesses in select locations within the US. Because their fiber platform is open access, they can recover the cost of the network from multiple ISPs, thus enabling a cost-effective choice for all.

As a Community Development Manager specializing in Private Road/Gated Community Fiber Sales, your role involves managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success. You’ll be responsible for developing positive relationships with clients, handling their individual needs, and generating new business using existing and potential customer networks. Your ability to resolve conflicts, provide timely solutions, and supervise account representatives will be crucial. You must have a relentless drive to achieve and surpass targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in identifying private roads and gated communities

2. Serve as the primary point of contact between Gigapower and the private communities we serve

3. Understanding and executing agreements to enter private property to place fiber alongside other utilities

4. Build and maintain positive relationships with community members (hoa’s), property managers and other stakeholders- Coordinate outreach efforts to promote the benefits of fiber technology and services to the community

5. Act as a liaison for any community concerns or feedback related to Gigapower’s operations

6. Organize and attend community events, meetings, and workshops to engage with residents and address their needs

7. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure that community feedback is incorporated into decision-making processes

8. Monitor and report on community sentiment and perceptions related to Gigapower


Qualifications:

- Contract negotiations

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of the local community and its unique needs and challenges

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in community engagement or outreach is preferred

- Experience in dealing with Hoa’s and property management groups

- Knowledge about right-of-way’s and easement’s

Pay Range: $35/hr + Quarterly Bonus OTE 100k

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision as well as 401K contributions.
