About Foundess

Foundess is a 501(c)3 nonprofit empowering builders beyond gender boundaries.

Since October this year, we’ve reached over 30,000+ women and underrepresented founders through our programming and events.

Our flagship gender-equitable accelerator Hatch empowered 500+ founders and 250+ teams building side by side over 6 weeks, featuring top leaders from Patagonia to Google as speakers, supported by top mentors from Bessemer and Primary Ventures, and backed by SVB, Notion, Perplexity, AWS and more The program culminated in an in-person retreat and demo day for our 8 top teams in SF this week.

As we look to build more value for our community — from a NYC hacker house this summer to a late-night café event series gathering female founders and investors — our team is looking to connect with more female founders, investors, and movers and shakers in the community.
