✨ Your Role: Community Manager
We’re looking for a superstar Community Manager to take our member experience to the next level.
You’ll own community engagement, operations, and programming—ensuring our members feel supported, connected, and inspired. This role is about proactive community listening—understanding what our members need and acting on it before they even ask.
You’ll need to be highly organized, people-focused, and love building connections. If you get excited about creating a buzzing, supportive space for people to grow in their careers—this is your dream role.
💡 What You’ll Be Doing
👥 Member Support & Experience
Manage & support the Community Associate in handling DMs & support inbox.
Help members with membership requests (cancellations, pauses, payments).
Upsell organically within conversations when relevant.
Co-create an engagement playbook with leadership.
⚙️ Community Operations
Improve & streamline the CV & LinkedIn Review and Q&A Submission processes.
Maintain an FAQ section to reduce repetitive queries.
Optimize operations to scale our 700+ member community smoothly.
📅 Events & Programming
Plan & execute monthly webinars and coaching sessions.
Coordinate with guest speakers & coaches, ensuring seamless delivery.
Drive engagement through smart pre/post-event comms.
Identify hot topics based on member needs.
✍️ Content & Engagement
Manage & schedule event reminders, updates, and coaching themes.
Create community content that aligns with our tone & engagement pillars.
Keep our WhatsApp & Circle community buzzing with value.
Launch engagement initiatives like:
Buddy system (pairing newbies with experienced members).
Monthly challenges (e.g., LinkedIn posting challenges).
Experiment with creative ways to bring members back & deepen engagement.
🙌 Who You Are
A strong communicator (written & verbal) with killer copywriting skills.
Highly organized—you thrive in operations & process improvement.
Experience in community management (ideally for a membership or education-focused platform).
A natural problem solver who takes initiative to improve member experience.
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment—we move fast!
Familiar with community platforms (Circle, WhatsApp) & engagement strategies.
Passionate about supporting international talent and understand their job-hunting challenges.
