Tasks

This is what we are looking for!

As a Community Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our members and play a key role in the further development of the association.

Your tasks:

Community building and activation: You are responsible for onboarding and activating our members. You will develop formats and approaches that encourage active participation.

Member retention: You will significantly advance our AI community mission and develop formats and offerings to retain our members in the long term.

Member acquisition: You will identify potential members and present the membership benefits.

Networking and Engagement: As an interface, you will connect projects, partners, the office, and the community and promote exchange among them. You will also keep an eye on member needs and continuously optimize our offerings.

Content and Communication: Identifying, selecting, and creating relevant content for our members. You will also develop communication strategies to engage and engage members.

Qualifications

Your Profile:

You have a degree in communications or a comparable professional qualification.

You have initial experience in community management, ideally in a start-up environment. A track record of success in building, activating, and scaling communities is a plus.

Practical experience with community management platforms and digital collaboration tools.

You have a basic understanding of AI technologies and their application areas.

Strong networking and communication skills, as well as empathy for different stakeholder perspectives.

Structured thinking, organization, and initiative are a given for you.

You enjoy working in a small, dynamic, and highly motivated team.
