RESPONSIBILITIES:
Community Building
Foster and nurture a vibrant and engaged social community across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
Proactively identify and capitalize on emerging platforms and trends.
Content Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute compelling monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and industry trends.
Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop engaging and innovative content across all platforms.
Conduct thorough trend research and "trend-mining" to identify relevant opportunities to authentically integrate the brand into trending conversations.
Community Management
Actively engage with followers across all platforms, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and authentic manner.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key influencers, partners, and brand advocates.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, sentiment) to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Generate regular reports on key findings and provide actionable recommendations to optimize social media strategies.
EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years of proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong emphasis on community management.
Proven ability to create engaging and effective social media content, with a portfolio showcasing past work.
Ability to craft compelling and SEO-optimized social media copy that captures attention and drives engagement.
Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends to address urgent matters or participate in time-sensitive campaigns.
A strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
