We are looking for a Community Manager
This role will be responsible for managing community engagement and user feedback processes for Rollic’s Barbie game.
Main Responsibilities:
Execute App Store and Google Play Store review analyses and relevant incoming communication, and prepare periodic feedback to the team.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Technology teams to implement game improvements based on user feedback.
Develop and execute player support strategies that align with Rollic's objectives.
Oversee day-to-day support operations, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently, accurately, and with a player-centric approach.
Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of player support operations, leveraging data-driven insights to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Manage Helpshift, including designing and implementing bot flows, automations, and integrations to enhance player support efficiency.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Passion for mobile games,
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Turkish,
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
Familiarity with mobile gaming dynamics and metrics,
Strong communication and project management skills.
