The role

As Program and Community Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our high-quality online and in-person training programs. You'll collaborate with our team to ensure exceptional program delivery and foster a vibrant community of learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of our virtual and in-person programs

• Manage and maintain our Learning Management System across our different offerings.

• Provide outstanding learner experience and support

• Monitor and learn from cohort feedback, proactively iterating where relevant

• Project manage the application process for all programs.

• Build relationships with stakeholders, speakers, and partners.

• Organise and facilitate community-building events, both online and in-person

• Encourage and promote community building across our alumni network with creative ideas to foster belonging

What we're looking for

• Strong experience in event/program/project management

• Track record of high-quality delivery in fast-paced environments

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Passion for education and community building

• Interest in venture capital and executive education (experience a plus, but not required)

Compensation and Benefits

• £42,000-£45,000 per annum (experience dependent)
