About the Role

Location: Anywhere, Remote

Type: Part-time or Full-time

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging and growing the BlackCube Labs’ community, primarily on LinkedIn, Whatsapp, Slack and Discord, handling customer inquiries, and managing social media. You will play a key role in building a vibrant community around our innovative AI tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies.

• Manage and grow BlackCube Labs’ social media presence.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support.

• Organize and manage community events, webinars, and workshops.

• Monitor community feedback and report insights to the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant experience.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in community management or social media management.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and community engagement strategies. Special focus on LinkedIn, Whatsapp, Slack, Discord, X) (former Twitter)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for AI, creativity, and innovation.

Compensation

At this stage, we can only offer limited remuneration. However, as BlackCube Labs grows and begins to monetize profitably, we are open to discussing revenue and/or equity sharing and other forms of compensation with our dedicated core team members.
