Community Manager
About the job
We are looking for an expert to provide excellent community management as part of Side international Japan. If you have a deep passion for social media platforms and are looking to further your skill set with experience, please apply.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a bridge between studios and players, and be able to effectively manage and monitor conversations happening across multiple platforms and channels.
Job duties:
Manage, monitor, research and report on multiple digital communities across major and emerging social media channels and platforms.
Monitor, research and report on social media feedback, channel status and industry trends.
Create new PowerPoint slides for client reports and presentations.
Work with local teams (clients and internal departments) to update slides.
Research and think about all topics being discussed on social media, picking up trending posts, identifying the causes of online flame wars, etc.
Application requirements:
Native Japanese
Business level English (no problems with writing reports)
At least 1 year of experience as a community manager.
Experience working in gaming communities and platforms, or relevant volunteer/hobby experience (equal weight will be given to professional experience).
Ability to identify and track relevant community/channel analytics and metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience managing social media for a brand.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Passion for social platforms is a plus.
