What's The Role

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Community Manager to nurture and expand ThoughtSpot's thriving online community. With thousands of active members, you'll be key in enhancing their experience and driving global community growth.

This role reports to the Director of Digital Customer Success, who reports to the Chief Customer Officer within the Customer Success organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and moderate community interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly while enforcing guidelines and policies.

  • Use community platforms to scale self-service help and resources, ensuring customers have the tools to succeed.

  • Implement onboarding, activation, and engagement strategies to boost member participation and satisfaction.

  • Develop and manage engaging programs that showcase ThoughtSpot’s value, connect customers with our product, and drive product adoption.

  • Share relevant content and facilitate knowledge exchange among community members.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to ensure feedback reaches the right stakeholders.

  • Organize and host virtual events, such as AMAs, workshops, and networking sessions, to drive product adoption and retention.

  • Analyze engagement metrics and KPIs, producing reports to support community growth and engagement strategies.

  • Plan and execute projects to update and enhance the community platform on Salesforce Experience Cloud.

What You Bring

  • Experience in building, managing, and scaling online communities.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Campaigns, Bevy, Slack, Google Suite, and Sendoso.

  • Preferably experienced with B2B SaaS companies.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Passion for building and nurturing customer relationships.

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

  • Self-starter attitude with proactive problem-solving skills.

  • Data-driven decision-making and a track record of improving key community metrics.
