What you'll do

  • Support the growth and engagement level of Pigment’s online community.

  • Review community content and identify help topics or relevant posts that need to be created.

  • Maintain a regular badging process to recognize user achievements.

  • Create and manage a list of users for potential community spotlights.

  • Track and organize unanswered posts in a structured format.

  • Research and assess community tooling improvements.

  • Compare Pigment’s community with other online communities to identify areas for improvement.

  • Assist in planning and hosting virtual and in-person community events.

  • Help update and document core community processes.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to share insights and feedback.

  • Work from within the customer success team to bring value to our global client base.

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media & Communications, Business, or Computer Science.

  • Passionate about online communities, customer engagement, and digital content.

  • Curious and eager to explore new tools and technologies to enhance the community experience.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Eager to pick up new skills and technologies

  • A strategic thinker who can generate creative ideas for engagement.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to track multiple initiatives.

  • Previous experience in marketing, events, or community engagement ideal (internships or university clubs).

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Nice-to-have: Proficient in either data science relevant tooling or creative content tooling (either R, Python, SQL etc OR Figma, Adobe Creative Suite etc)
