Through flagship events like the Community Week Online Summit, London Community Week, and New York Community Week, we provide platforms for networking, learning, and industry growth. Led by Community, our founding initiative, focuses on empowering community builders through resources, events, and thought leadership.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Partnerships & Sponsorships Intern to assist in developing and maintaining relationships with tech partners and sponsors for our global events. This paid internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in partnership management within the fast-growing community industry.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential sponsors and partners.

- Support in crafting tailored partnership proposals and sponsorship packages.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of sponsorship benefits.

- Maintain and update sponsorship databases, tracking outreach and responses.

- Assist in the planning and execution of partner-related event activities.

- Collaborate with marketing to promote sponsor visibility across channels.

- Attend team and partner meetings (virtually) and prepare meeting notes.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong interest in partnerships, sponsorships, or business development.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.

- Comfortable working remotely with a global team.

- Availability to occasionally travel to the UK, Europe, or the US for events (at least one week each time).

- Must have a schedule that allows for a minimum of 4 hours overlap with both London Time (GMT) and Eastern Standard Time (EST).
