The Job

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Community Marketing to create and scale community programs that empower and connect our users and customers. You will focus on building holistic community programming that brings together influencers, advocates, and professionals from our customer base and the wider creative production industries. Your mission will be to create spaces—both digital and in-person—where users can support one another, share knowledge, and learn about creative workflows involving LucidLink. This is a strategic role where you will be creating programs, partnerships, and digital initiatives that extend beyond traditional community engagement and build long-term, value-driven connections.

Key Responsibilities

Community Programming:

  • Design Scalable Programs: Create and launch community programs that unite influencers, advocates, and customers around shared knowledge and experience. Focus on programs that drive user interaction, knowledge-sharing, and support.

  • Platform Transition: Research and transition the current LucidLink Slack community to a more scalable and efficient platform, ensuring better engagement and ease of access.

  • Manage Community Platforms: Develop and oversee ongoing community engagement through these platforms, making them a hub for users to collaborate and learn from one another.

  • Continuous Learning & Networking: Build programs that offer users opportunities to learn from experts, influencers, and each other about improving their workflows with LucidLink.

Ambassador & Influencer Programs

  • Launch & Manage Ambassador Programs: Create an ambassador program that encourages key users and influencers to actively participate in the LucidLink community and act as brand advocates. Provide training, resources, and recognition to keep ambassadors engaged.

  • Influencer Relations: Identify and engage influencers who can spread awareness of LucidLink and its innovative use cases. Develop partnerships that amplify brand presence within the creative production industry.

Partnership & Sponsorship Development

  • Collaborate with Partners: Develop relationships with industry leaders, partners, and sponsors to enhance community programming and provide value-driven content for users.

  • Content Creation: Work with partners and influencers to create content that educates users and drives engagement within the community, including webinars, interviews, and expert panels.

Digital Events

  • Host Virtual Events: Plan and execute local and virtual events, meetups, and activations that foster community growth and user interaction, including events that connect users across different regions and industries.

  • Engage in Digital Platforms: Participate and engage in online community platforms, ensuring active communication and value delivery to the community.

Community Growth Driven By Data

  • Measure Program Success: Track and analyze community engagement metrics to ensure program success and user satisfaction. Use data insights to continuously improve and refine community initiatives.

  • Engagement Goals: Work toward measurable outcomes, such as growing active participation in community programs by 30% year-over-year and achieving an increase in community satisfaction, as indicated by improved NPS (Net Promoter Score).

Cross-Collaborative Efforts

  • Work with Internal Teams: Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and support teams to ensure that community programs align with broader company goals. Coordinate messaging and content creation across departments.

  • Support Content & Communications: Collaborate on creating content and executing communication plans to promote community initiatives, new features, and success stories from within the community.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in community management, event planning, or a related role.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to build scalable community programs that grow organically and foster deep engagement.

  • Data-driven: Strong analytical skills to measure program effectiveness and adapt strategies based on data.

  • Cross-Collaborator: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, content, and sales teams.

  • Communication: Experience leveraging written and verbal communication skills to create engaging content and foster vibrant communities.

  • Passion for Community Building: A deep enthusiasm for building meaningful relationships that unite customers, partners, and influencers.

  • Proactive & Self-Driven: Able to manage multiple projects with a proactive and self-motivated approach.

  • Social Media Management: Familiarity with social media tools, platforms, and community engagement strategies.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience or familiarity with the tech or SaaS industry is a plus.
