Senior People Development Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Senior People Development Program Manager to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent development programs and utilizing a human-centered, data-driven approach to design and deliver impactful learning experiences.

You will collaborate closely with the broader People Team and other internal stakeholders to develop innovative programs that align with our business goals and prepare our workforce for the future of work. This position requires a strategic thinker and self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about the overall employee experience and organizational growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with the Chief People Officer on creating a talent development roadmap aligned with people strategy and business goals.

  • Manage end-to-end talent development programs using a human-centered, data-driven approach.

  • Employ a design thinking methodology to create employee-centered, innovative, and effective development programs that meet the evolving needs of our workforce.

  • Develop, deliver, and iterate on core talent development programs, including but not limited to orientation, onboarding, manager training, recruitment training, team development, up-skilling  and leadership development.

  • Build learning materials with multiple modalities, such as instructor-led training, e-learning courses, micro-learnings, cohort-based programs, and static resources to enable learning in the flow of work.

  • Drive initiatives that prepare the workforce for the future of work, focusing on continuous learning, adaptability, and the integration of emerging technologies to ensure employees are equipped to meet evolving industry demands.

  • Perform regular analyses to identify gaps and emerging skill requirements, and develop targeted programs to equip employees with the necessary skills to adapt and thrive in their evolving roles.

  • Collaborate with the broader people team to integrate talent development programs into existing people programs and processes.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to create talent development programs that support broader People team and business goals.

  • Establish and manage metrics to track the effectiveness and impact of learning programs at both individual and organizational levels.

  • Collaborate with the Sr DEIA Program Director to embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility into all learning and development programs, ensuring these values are integral to our organizational culture and training initiatives.

  • Oversee and run bi-monthly orientation sessions, continuously iterating on content based on employee experience and overall feedback.

  • Manage the onboarding workflow for new hires in collaboration with the broader People team. 

  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), and handle administrative duties such as administering assessments and managing calendar invites.

  • Serve as the point of contact for learning requests.

What You Should Have:

  • 8+ years of experience learning & development or adjacent field.

  • Experience designing and creating engaging content from scratch, ability to independently write and produce visual content in alignment with the Articulate voice and brand. 

  • Dynamic virtual facilitation skills that balance creating psychological safety with spurring lasting, integrated change in an instructor-led training environment.

  • Experience leveraging technology to deliver high-impact learning, including through asynchronous e-learning.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, large-scale projects simultaneously and effectively manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Experience writing curriculum for instructor-led sessions and e-learning courses.

  • Adept at using data to drive decision-making.

  • Immersed in emerging learning and development trends.

  • Grounded in practical, experiential learning approaches.

  • Demonstrated experience integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices into learning experiences.

  • Strong understanding of leadership development theories, adult learning principles, and best practices.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives from inception to completion.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative team.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Preferred 

  • Proficient with Rise360 and Reach360.

  • Experience using design thinking and first principle thinking to create user-centered experiences.

$141,700 - $212,500 a year

The pay range for this position is $141,700 to $212,500 for all US locations. Articulate takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
