Web3 Community Manager
We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. The company is a seed-stage, stealth-mode rocket ship on a mission to accelerate adoption of zero-knowledge proofs. While the demand to generate proofs is exploding, the web3 ecosystem lacks a scalable infrastructure to generate proofs. They are building a cost-efficient and performant marketplace for proof generation, where the supply is a distributed network of GPUs, FPGAs and ASICs around the world.
They’re looking to bring on a Web3 Community Manager. You will help with fostering and engaging a vibrant and active community around their ecosystem. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with the community, facilitating discussions, and driving community growth and engagement.

In this role, you will:
Community Engagement: Actively engage with the community across various channels (such as Discord, Telegram or other social media platforms) to foster a positive and inclusive environment. Respond to community inquiries, address concerns, and provide support.
Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content such as blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates to keep the community informed about project updates, news, and relevant industry trends.
Community Moderation: Moderate community discussions to ensure that conversations are respectful, on-topic, and adhere to community guidelines. Resolve conflicts and manage any issues or disputes that may arise within the community.
Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with community members, influencers, and key stakeholders. Identify and collaborate with community ambassadors, advocates, and industry partners to expand the community reach and foster strategic partnerships.
Events and Initiatives: Plan and organize virtual or in-person events, AMAs (Ask-Me-Anything sessions), workshops, and other initiatives to encourage community participation and knowledge-sharing. Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to align community activities with project goals.
Feedback and Insights: Act as the voice of the community within the project team. Collect and analyze community feedback, suggestions, and insights to provide valuable input for product improvements, feature development, and overall project strategy.
Community Growth: Develop strategies to attract and onboard new community members. Implement referral programs, incentivize engagement, and explore new channels and platforms to expand the community reach.
You might thrive in this role if you have:
Strong understanding of web3 technologies, blockchain, and cryptocurrencies. Experience in Web3 Infrastructure project is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in community management, preferably in the web3 or blockchain space.
Familiarity with community management tools and platforms.
Ability to empathize with community members and address their concerns effectively.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience in content creation, community and social media management.
Knowledge of marketing and growth strategies for online communities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
Passion for decentralized technologies and the web3 ecosystem.
