Paz Pisarski is a dedicated community leader passionate about building impactful and thriving communities. She is the Co-Founder of The Community Collective, a network supporting community builders across Australia and New Zealand. With a strong background in startup ecosystems, she previously managed Startup Victoria’s founder community—Australia’s largest startup network with over 60,000 members—and scaled RMIT Activator’s startup community from 500 to over 5,000 members in just three years.

Beyond startups, Paz has designed and led 10 accelerator programs, automated onboarding processes at Happy Spaces coworking, and supported migrant women in launching businesses at SisterWorks. Based along Australia’s Surf Coast, she balances her community leadership with a passion for wellness, sipping chamomile tea and composing relaxation music under her personal brand, Paz Sounds.
